:D I think he meant the interface could be improved, not that the game itself is too complex.

Probably not. He didn't understand a lot of the strategies in civ4 about tinkering with the government types and tax rates, so he just leveled the entire system in civ5. He admitted it somewhere in that interview.

I don't understand how any of these reporters can't ask him why he works on a computer all day but can't respond to his kickstarter supporters on an even remotely regular schedule. Like not even once every 6 months.
