Re: Legacy Review: Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation

The game costs £29.99, but is often on sale for £14.99 for those that want to bargain a huge RTS.
Review couldn't come at a better time.

Steam sale (for the next 48 hours) :

- 66% for base game ( $13,59 or 13,59 €)
- 74% for gold version (base game + all DLC = 17,98 €)

Re: Review: Rise of Flight

Maybe it is possible, but I think few people will play these sims without a joystick.

But to start playing you don't need a $300 HOTAS Warthog.
As I am only a casual simmer, I am quite happy with my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick that sells for $40 on Amazon.

I find it easiest to learn these games with the aid of some (high quality) youtube channels. e.g : XTRG https://www.youtube.com/user/XThatRandomGamer/videos Hofstadter https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_whPqIR-cwjU2sM1x77VKsD4L81EtEja Pewpewchewchew https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJjlI8SrU7I ...

Re: Review: Cold Waters

I would’ve prefered two control modes one (like the current one) for evasive maneuvers and a second where you can simply set heading and depth like in Silent Hunter. Developers already stated that the second mode will be introduced later in a patch (preview in this picture) http://www.subsim.com/ssr...
