Going to binge-watch Daredevil next week when we're off.

Really enjoying what's been happening with Marvel's Agents of SHIELD, and probably our favourite show on television right now is The Blacklist.

James Spader makes anything great. Sure, the storylines can get a bit goofy, but he just classes it up.

Currently bingeing Death Valley ( which is hilarious and stupid in equal measure. It won't be getting another season so it joins the ranks of other unfairly cancelled shows like Carnivale and Rubicon. I have Happy Valley stacked up immediately behind that, so I am okay for now, with a couple of other things ticking over (The Americans, American Crime Story), and mourning the end of Gravity Falls (not cancelled, just a great work that reached its natural end) and waiting for Rick and Morty series 3.

Quadruple points for Rubicon mention. But, you know? It sits alongside something like Terriers for being the perfect single season axing. The writing was on the wall, so by God did they cauterise it nicely.

Spangler's "Do you really think anyone is gonna give a shit?" remains as wonderfully powerful as his tie speech.
