Review: Frostpunk

Mon Apr 23, 2018 2:00 pm

I’ve not felt this feeling about a game for a long time. That lightness of the heart, a shortness of breath.

Lots of complaints in Steam forum about the shortness of the game, too linear, non-replayability. Generally, you'll get as much out of the game by watching a steamer play as you would by playing it your self.

Frostpunk is one of my favorite games in my Steam library. While the initial campaign is short, it is challenging. There are also several new game play modes/scenarios and a customizable 'endless' mode for more sandboxy play. It is an excellent game.
