We're sticking to the modern games for now as it's a bit of a rabbit hole otherwise. But yeah, Victoria 2 was pretty special.

Where is dominions 5?

Dominions 5 is also Gran Strategy, even more than Total war or FoG, and even is the best multiplayer title of the genre out there.

Victoria 2 has the best mechanic with the complex pops, and it deserves more awareness than say Imperator.

Dominions is a good shout actually - I'll table it to put in the guide next time it gets updated.

I've mainly been sticking to more modern games, so while I love Victoria 2 it IS a bit old at this point so I'm not super keen to put it on the guide.
